26th ANNUAL SPORTS MEET

To Instill in students the importance of physical fitness, Pratap Public School, Jarnailly Colony, Karnal celebrated the much awaited 26thAnnual Sports Meet on 24th of November 2021 amidst great mirth and verve. 

The honorable Chief Guests President Mr. Ajay Bhatia, Vice President Deepika Bhatia, Director Student’s Welfare Mr Prateek Bhatia  and trustee Mrs Chahat Bhatia

gracedthe occasion with their benign presence. The school administrator Mr Praveen Kalra and co- curricular incharge ma’am Kanika pinned up the badges onto them.

The event was followed with the unfurling of the school flag by revered members of the management. The Director-Principal ma’am declared the 26thAnnual Sports Meet open after a spectacular, impressive and a well synchronized marchpast by the young athletes. The oath was administered by Yuvika of grade XI. 

The campus echoed with cheers for the enthusiastic players during the races and track events. Students of classes 7 to 9 competed in events including Three-Legged Race, Cart Race, Lemon Race, Shoe -Socks Race, Basketball, Kho-Kho, Volleyball etc. Participants exhibited their true sportsman spirit.

Pratapians enjoyed watching an array of athletic  events packed  with thrill and excitement. Tegajit of XI Non. Medical and Divyanshi of IX D were adjudged the ‘Students of the Year in Athletics’.  

‘Passing the Ball' game for teachers added fun to the celebration.
