Pratap Public School, Jarnailly Colony, Karnal made yet another effort to persuade children to conform to a healthier diet by organizing a live show 'Splash Drinks' on 9thJune,2021 .

Dr. Akshta, the Event Incharge apprised the students of healthy drinks

which can be good replacement for carbonated drinks.

She shared few recipes of Green and Russian salads which can boost the immune system particularly in times when it needs to fight back to shield during this pandemic. Believing that people eat with eyes she also stressed upon the importance of presentation of the dishes. Stating that Healthy diet regimen is very essential for a healthy lifestyle, on the occasion the Hon’ble Director Principal Mrs Poonam Navet , strongly recommended them to choose a variety of vegetables and fruits to get enough nutrients and keep dietary boredom at bay.The enthusiasm of the students knew no bounds as the preparations were found to be lip smacking and mouthwatering.The success of the event lies in bringing the students closer to healthy, energizing drinks, green salads and sensitizing them to make healthy food choices with an open mind.
