Chef Priya Vijan, a renowned Plant-based Baker

As a part of Summer Bonanza, PPS Jarnailly Colony organized an online Culinary Master- Class on Tuesday 8th June, 2021.

Chef Priya Vijan, a renowned Plant-based Baker who was also among the Top 40 Participant of Master Chef India Season 6

inspired the young minds by acknowledging the importance of healthy eating and the healing properties of  nutrients  in varied foods. 

Hon'ble Director Principal Ma'am Poonam Navet exhorted the students to choose mindful eating over anxiety eating during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Master Chef Priya Vijan brought her signature recipes live, from wholesome Fruit and Nut Granola and unique Pesto-Vegetable Noodles to showstopper dessert - Mango Coconut ladoos.

The engaging and enriching session inspired the cooks in the audience and also brought students one step closer to healthy, energizing and enterprising cooking.
