Counselling Session 2021

The School conducted a Student Counselling Session on 1st of March 2021 for class ten students.The purpose of the session was to assist the students in making informed choices about the subjects and courses available to them in classes eleventh & twelfth. 

Initiating the proceeding of the session the Director Principal advised the students to meticulously plan their careers & talked about realistic goal setting. She furtherreiterated that procrastinationwas the biggest impediment to progress and success. Informing the students about the changes in the curriculum choices brought in by the New Education Policy (NEP), the Director Principal said the lines between the strict discipline wise streams have now been blurred, and the students can choose from among the plethora of subjects available, cutting across subject streams. She also shared the various subjects available for taking up at the school.

Other speakers at the session impressed upon the students that there was no alternative to hard work and regular revisions and testing. Theyshared with the students, various career options for students after twelfth.The session proved to be a boon for the attendees, as they went back better informed about the choices available tothem after tenth.
