As the first in the city, today Pratap Public School, in all its branches, installed a “Fully automated Sanitization Tunnel”. Upping the ante against the COVID-19 pandemic,

the school has taken yet another step in ensuring safety and health of the students and teachers by setting up Disinfectant Tunnels on it premises across all branches. 

In the post lockdown scenario, when efforts will be made to restore normalcy and open schools, the omnipresent threat of the dreaded COVID -19 cannot be overlooked. Therefore, schools will have to upscale  it’s preventive measures and do everything possible to battle the threats of this pandemic. In an innovative first, the school has installed the first disinfectant tunnel in the school.The arch like enclosure has been placed at the entrance of the school to ensure that anyone entering the school will have to walk through the tunnel to get automatically sanitized. The system uses multiple sprays of Sodium hypochlorite based sanitizers that are recommended for human use. This is most definitely a pioneering step towards health and safety in these extraordinary times.
