Republic Day Celebration

Pratap Public School, Jarnailly Colony, Karnal reverberated with patriotic fervor to mark the 71st Republic Day celebration on 24th Jan.2020. The occasion was graced by the benign presence of revered President Mr Ajay Bhatia, Vice President Mrs Deepika Bhatia,  hon’ble Director-Principal Ma’am Poonam Navet and incharge Jr. Branch Ma’am Madhvi Theophilus.

The programme commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the national flag. Pratapians with hearts filled with pride saluted the tri-colour. They pledged to uphold the unity and integrity of the motherland.

The gathering was treated with mellifluous songs, spectacular drills and inspiring speeches. A vibrant parade comprising tableaux from ten different states remained the centre of attraction for the day. The kaleidoscopic view of country’s resplendent cultural heritage indeed a festive spirit to the occasion. The Director-Principal, in her invigorating speech exhorted everyone to perform their duties with utmost sincerity and dedication. She also motivated the students to be the harbinger of a social change to build a new, better and strong India. Soulful rendition of National Anthem marked the culmination of the auspicious celebrations.
