DIWALI CELEBRATIONS

The festive ambience came alive at Pratap Public School, Jarnailly Colony on 25th  of October with the celebration of the most auspicious and harmonious festival of Diwali. Radiant and warm coloured diyas and rangolis added further charm to the venue. The hon'ble District Education Officer

Mr Ravinder Choudhary presided over the function as the chief guest. 

The ceremony was laced with the aroma of glimmering festivities. The vital constituents of the event were the mock exhibition of the UN assembly, a mellifluous song Diwali - Roshni Wali by the school choir, mesmerizing dance performance by the students and an insightful and inspirational speech by the chief guest. The entertaining and creative dance performance 'Dancing Shapes' added jubilance to the celebration. 

The proud Pratapians vehemently took the pledge to celebrate eco-friendly and cracker free Diwali. 

The hon'ble chief guest Mr Choudhary's invigorating words motivated everyone. 

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Rashtriya Ekta pledge was administered. The event culminated amidst cheering applause and a formal rendition of the national anthem.
