Stress Management Workshop

'Stress management workshop’ held in Jarnailly Colony on 2nd July 2019.The workshop was attended by 126 teachers from all the branches. The workshop was sponsored by BhartiBhawan Publishing House.

It was a complete interactive activity-oriented package to unravel the myths about stress and thus providing with practical solutions to deal with it in our everyday life. It enfolded the following areas: -

Remember-‘Stress is not what happens to us. It’s our response to what happens. And response is something we can choose’

Tips of self-management and to distress yourself

1. Don’t sit with crossed legs or arms when in learning /listening mode 

2. Focus on solution not problems

3. Try to FLY- first love yourself

4. Have let go attitude

5. Learn to respond not react!

6. Never sit idle

7. Emotions cause you physical pain- Throw stress out activity! Breathe in and out through gall bladder point.

8. Be positive

9. If you care –Express it

10.For growth -Get out of your comfort zone 

11. Be social genius

12.Peeping into past activity to release bad memories, fears or phobias- Go in different stages of life, uproot the bad memories, throw on white board and then erase and break it, shout out to get rid of painful memories and wipe tears of your childhood persona and see him/her smiling. 

13.For peaceful life practice forgiveness and gratitude

14 .To stop over thinking practice throw your neck back activity

15.Learn to say No

16.Mind is a quick healer and a solution provider. To find solution- change the problem into question. Practice alpha and delta level activities for manifestation

17. Keep body language positive

18.Our mind heals our body -Placebo effect 

19.What is it to be a lion?- I don’t know(practice in every situation and try not to be judgmental)

20.Anger management- Do not respond immediately.More the gap between the stimulus and response the wiser you are.

21.Drink blessed water

22.Activity to erase bad memories (T.V . activity)

Nobody can change the world if somebody can it’s you.
