National Integration and Haryana Day Celebration

_auto_generated_thumb_National Integration and Haryana Day was celebrated with traditional fervour and gaiety at Pratap Public School, Karnal on 2nd Nov., 2017.The occasion was embellished with august presence of the esteemed dignitaries of the Management and Director-Principal Mrs. Poonam Navet.

Dressed in their ethnic best, Pratapians put up an entertaining show through various folk dances of India.

From Gujarat’s Garba to Maharashtra’s Lavani and Punjab’s Bhangra, Pratapians brought alive vivid aspects of rich cultural heritage of India. Muskan of class XD delivered a speech highlighting the valuable contribution of both the Iron man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and the Iron lady of India Mrs. Indira Gandhi in strengthening the unity and integrity of the nation. Mr. Shamsher Sharma (PGT Hindi) and Anushka of class IX D also spoke at length about the glory of Haryana- the abode of God and apprised the audience about the marked achievements of Haryana during the last 51 years. 

At the culmination point, the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas pledge and Swachchta Pledge were administered. It was really an entertaining as well as enlightening show.
