Teacher’s Day Celebration

_auto_generated_thumb_  ‘If you can read this, thank a teacher’.

“A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind and touches a heart”.

Teacher’s Day at Pratap Public School was celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The day started with giving a tribute to Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishanan and our Guiding Light Dr. R.S.Bhatia.The day had an emotional and recreational touch. The student-teachers

did well preparations with complete energy and excitement. It was a day of delight for the teachers to see the talents of their students performing various shows such as Doha Recitation, Shlok Recitation and Singing Competition. The best part of the programme was the students enacting their teachers. Acting as teachers, they got a fair idea of the responsibility, so efficiently handled by their teachers. Some riveting games were also arranged for the teachers.

Ma’am Poonam Navet, the Director-Principal of the school, lauded the contribution made by the teachers of the school, for their commitment and dedication to the cause of education. She urged them to lead a healthy and disciplined life and create a healthy environment.

She put more emphasis on moral and ethical values, which she expected the students to follow. The school takes pride to honour Sir Sarvapalli Radhakrishanan.

All in all, it was a celebration mode for everyone.
